- Items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, with all labels and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Opened or used items.
- Items that are perishable, have short shelf lives, or have been exposed to contamination.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
3. Return Process

- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization, along with instructions on how and where to send the items back.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
- Rejected returns will not be refunded if the product has been opened or does not meet the return criteria. Rejected items will be sent back to you.

5. Exchanges
