What if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. Kindly provide photos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation. In most cases, we will arrange for the damaged item to be returned at no cost to you.
