1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the selected shipping method.
Our shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- Next-Day Shipping: Available for select locations with a delivery time of 1 business day.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Please check back in the future for updates on international shipping options.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any special shipping requirements, please contact us at info@homganic.com before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Homganic is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters. If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@homganic.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed and shipped.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@homganic.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
